National Security Clearances
For the past 25 years, we have represented individuals who possess, or are seeking to obtain, national security clearances and have issues relating to their clearances. This includes clearances issued by the Department of Energy, Department of Defense and State Department.

I was falsely accused on a death penalty murder charge for the murder of my step-daughter. Thanks to the hard work and out-of-the-box ingenuity of the staff of Dan Cron Law Firm, the charges were dismissed. The firm then spent the next 13 years urging the police to reopen the case. When the case was finally reopened, and with Dan’s expert guidance, the police found and convicted the real killer.
My son was charged with four counts of vehicular homicide that would have put him in prison for the rest of his life if convicted.
